Prescribers can submit electronic prior authorizations (ePAs) through:

    Log in, go to Resources > iAssist, and complete an ePA with or without a referral.

    Fast, paperless ePA submissions. Create a free account.
  3. ExpressPAth®
    Submit new requests, renewals, or appeals. If you don't already have an account, download the ExpressPAth Quick Start Guide and create a free account today.
  4. Surescripts CompletEPA QuickStart®
    Free, web-based ePA tool connected to all major payers.
  5. Electronic Health Records (EHR System)
    Submit ePAs directly through your EMR. Contact your administrator to ensure ePA functionality is enabled.
