Options to Renew a Prescription with Accredo

My Accredo Patients

  1. Log in or register at MyAccredoPatients.com
  2. Click Electronic Referral or go to Resources > iAssist
  3. You’ll be routed to iAssist and prompted to log in or register
  4. Submit a new referral with an ePA, or complete the ePA as a standalone

eRenewal via EMR

Accredo supports Rx Renewal requests through EMR systems. If enabled, no action is needed -requests will appear in your EMR instead of via fax. If not enabled, contact your EMR administrator to activate this feature.

Note:

  • Some therapies are not eligible for Rx Renewal and will continue to be processed via fax.
  • Prescriptions for controlled substances cannot be submitted through MyAccredoPatients.com or iAssist.
