You should request a refill before you run out of medication. Accredo will notify you when it’s time to refill if reminders are set up.
If you’re out of refills, ask your doctor to send a new prescription to Accredo. Once it’s received, we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Refills can sometimes be delayed due to insurance review, prescription updates, or shipping timing. If there’s a delay, Accredo will contact you or you can reach out for help.
