If you requested a code by email, give it a few more minutes. Some email providers take longer than others to process emails. If it still doesn't show up:
- Check your Spam or Trash folders
- If it's not there, use the resend code link.
- If you don't get a new code after15 minutes, call our support team at 866-725-2546.
If you requested a code by text, give it 5 minutes for it to appear If you still haven't gotten the code after 5 minutes:
- Use the resend code link or choose to send your code by email.
- Once you've logged in, check to make sure your phone number is correct. You can manage your phone number under the Two-Step Verification page under your Profile.
