- If you have a new prescription, ask your doctor to send it to Accredo. Once it's ready, a patient care advocate will call you to schedule delivery.
- If you already have a prescription, log into your Express Scripts account and go to your medications. If you have an active prescription you can manage at Accredo, you'll see a button that will redirect you to the Accredo website.
