Accredo is an accredited specialty pharmacy. Specialty pharmacies serve patients with complex and chronic health conditions, like cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis. Our pharmacists and nurses are trained in condition-specific disease states to help you manage your medication therapy or medical condition. Accredo's turnaround time is based on the date we set with you or your doctor. Usually, it takes about five to seven days to get new medications. This allows two to three days for a patient care advocate to help you schedule your delivery.

Refills typically take 24 to 48 hours to get to you. Call Accredo if you need your medication delivered overseas.

The cost will be shared with you during your order scheduling phone call.

You can check for financial assistance programs using our Copay Assistance search tool. You can add your copay assistance information to the "Payment Methods" section in your Accredo web or app profile.

If you already have an account, you have four options:

1. Refill your medication through the Accredo website or mobile app. Log in or create an account to get started. You can also set up refill reminders by email or text message.

3. If you're out of refills, your doctor can fax us a new prescription at 888-302-1028. Hawaii residents, please use this fax number: 808-650-6487.
