Humira® (adalimumab) – PRODUCT INFORMATION
HUMIRA is a sterile, preservative-free solution that comes in a single-use, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe or as a single-use, 1 mL prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen).
Indications
Rheumatoid arthritis
HUMIRA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage and improving physical function in adult patients with moderate to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. HUMIRA can be initiated in combination with MTX or other DMARDS or alone.
Psoriatic arthritis
HUMIRA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms of active arthritis in patients with psoriatic arthritis. HUMIRA can be initiated in combination with DMARDS or alone.
Ankylosing Spondylitis
HUMIRA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms in patients with active ankylosing spondylitis.
