Nutropin is a powder formulation that must be mixed (reconstituted) with bacteriostatic water prior to injection and administered with a syringe.

Approved for the following diagnoses:

• Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) in children and adults
• Growth failure associated with chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) prior to kidney transplantation
• Short stature associated with Turner syndrome
• Idiopathic short stature
