Humatrope is available in powder formulation or cartridges. The powder form is supplied with vials and must be mixed (reconstituted) with sterile water prior to an injection and administered with a syringe. The pre-filled formulation is administered with the HumatroPen ® device.
Approved for the following diagnoses:
- Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) in children and adults
- Turner syndrome
- Idiopathic short stature
