Greg Hansen
Chief Operating Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.
Greg Hansen is Chief Operating Officer for Accredo, the specialty pharmacy subsidiary of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. In this role, Hansen is responsible for driving overall operations performance, optimizing business processes and synthesizing Accredo’s business strategy, processes and technology.
Prior to joining Accredo in May 2011, Hansen spent sixteen years with Medco, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, Client and Product Strategy for the UnitedHealth Group (UHC) Division of Medco. In that role, he was responsible for the account management and sales team supporting UHC’s self-insured pharmacy clients, health plan acquisitions and the UHC fully insured account organization. In addition, he was responsible for product development and innovation that created synergy between Medco systems, capabilities and assets with UHC market and product strategy.
Hansen’s other previous roles within Medco include Vice President/General Manager of Medco’s call centers in Tampa, Las Vegas, and Massachusetts.
Before joining Medco, Hansen gained customer service and call center experience with NordicTrack, Artistic Greetings and Meyer Associates.
Hansen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, and his MBA from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Pete A. Stark
Chief Financial Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.
Pete Stark joined Accredo in August 2004. Having served as Corporate Controller, Group Vice President of Finance, and Group Vice President of Manufacturer Services from 2004 until mid-2010, Mr. Stark was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2010. Prior to his current position, Mr. Stark had full operational and P&L responsibilities for Proherant Health, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Accredo Health, Inc., that focuses on clinical and reimbursement product support services for biopharmaceutical manufacturers. Prior to that position, Mr. Stark held senior positions in the financial planning and accounting areas of Accredo. Mr. Stark’s experience spans more than 20 years in the areas of finance and operations, the last 13 working exclusively in the healthcare field. Prior to Accredo, Mr. Stark served as an independent consultant to Accredo, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Response Oncology, Inc., served as Controller for a manufacturer of shipping materials, and began his career with the international accounting and consulting firm of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). He is a Certified Public Accountant (current status is inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Stark attended the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
Michael A. James
Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Operations, Accredo Health Group, Inc.
Beginning in February 2008, Mr. James was named Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations. Mr. James joined Accredo Health in April 2006 as President of Accredo Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. James served in the capacity of Senior Vice President of worldwide commercial operations for Sonic Innovations for four years. Prior to Sonic Innovations, he served in management positions with Motorola, Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, and Nestle. Mr. James received his Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and his Master’s from the University of Chicago.
Tara Wolckenhauer
Vice President, Human Resources, Accredo Health Group, Inc.
Tara Wolckenhauer joined Accredo as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) in May 2009. Ms. Wolckenhauer has served in a number of HR roles within the Medco organization since 2000, prior to joining Accredo, most recently as Senior Director, Human Resources. Tara is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA.
