Steven R. Fitzpatrick
President, Accredo Health, Incorporated, and Accredo Health Group, Inc.

In February 2008, Steven Fitzpatrick was named President of Accredo Health, Incorporated and Accredo Health Group, Inc., Medco’s fast-growing specialty pharmacy organization. Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Accredo in 2001 as President of its subsidiary, Sunrise Health Management, Inc., and was named President of Accredo Therapeutics, Inc., in February 2002. With the acquisition of Accredo by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., in August 2005, Mr. Fitzpatrick assumed responsibility for both Accredo Therapeutics and Accredo Specialty Care Services (formerly Medco Specialty Solutions). In March 2006, he became Chief Operating Officer of Accredo Health Group.

Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Fitzpatrick held senior management positions with Abbott Laboratories, Block Medical, PharmaThera, Inc., and Nations Healthcare.

Kenneth J. Bodmer
Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Kenneth Bodmer joined Accredo Health Group, Inc., as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in August 2006. He was named Chief Operating Officer in November 2009. Previously, Mr. Bodmer was employed by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., most recently as the Vice President of Finance, Key Accounts. Prior to Medco, Mr. Bodmer worked for Wiss and Company. Mr. Bodmer, a certified public accountant and certified management accountant, is a graduate of Villanova University and holds a Master’s Degree from Seton Hall University.

Michael R. Hess
Chief Legal Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Michael Hess joined Accredo as Group Vice President and Director of Legal Affairs in July 2006. Mr. Hess is a graduate of Mississippi College, holds a Master’s Degree from Mississippi State University, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Hess was a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz in Birmingham, Alabama. He also practiced law with Armstrong Allen Gentry Johnston & Holmes in Jackson, Mississippi.

Jon B. Peters
Chief Financial Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Jon Peters joined Accredo in October 2003. He was named Senior Vice President of Technology and Reimbursement in June 2004, and added the role of Chief Operating Officer in February 2008. Mr. Peters became Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. In addition to his role as Accredo's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Peters leads the Accounts Receivable and Reimbursement organizations throughout Medco, Accredo, and Liberty Medical Supply, Inc., a subsidiary of Medco. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Peters was the Chief Financial Officer of Paradigm Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. Mr. Peters also spent 12 years with Ernst & Young LLP in the Financial Services group where he was significantly involved with Accredo through its initial public offering in 1999.

Michael A. James
Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Operations, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Beginning in February 2008, Mr. James was named Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations. Mr. James joined Accredo Health in April 2006 as President of Accredo Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. James served in the capacity of Senior Vice President of worldwide commercial operations for Sonic Innovations for four years. Prior to Sonic Innovations, he served in management positions with Motorola, Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, and Nestle. Mr. James received his Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and his Master’s from the University of Chicago.

Tara Wolckenhauer
Vice President, Human Resources, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Tara Wolckenhauer joined Accredo as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) in May 2009. Ms. Wolckenhauer has served in a number of HR roles within the Medco organization since 2000, prior to joining Accredo, most recently as Senior Director, Human Resources. Tara is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA.

Craig W. Mears
President, Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services

Craig Mears became President of Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services in August of 2007. He provides overall management, direction, and leadership for the company. Mr. Mears has been involved with the bleeding disorders community for over 17 years. During that time, he has been a strong supporter and loyal advocate for the hemophilia community.

Mr. Mears joined HHS in 2002 when Accredo acquired the SPS division of Gentiva Health Services. He first served as Vice President of Operations and then as Chief Operating Office r.

Bruce Scott, RPh
President, Critical Care Systems

Bruce Scott is President of Critical Care Systems, where he provides overall management and leadership for the acute care and home infusion therapy business. Previously, Mr. Scott was Medco’s Chief Pharmacist and Senior Vice President responsible for the Professional Practice department and Medco’s pharmacy practice. Prior to joining Medco in September 2008, Mr. Scott was Chief Operating Officer of McKesson Medication Management, a subsidiary of McKesson which provides pharmacy management services to hospitals, and held senior leadership roles at Allina Hospitals & Clinics in Minnesota.

Mr. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and his master’s degree in pharmacy administration from the University of Kansas.

Pete A. Stark, CPA
Group Vice President, Manufacturer Services, Proherant Health, Inc.

As Group Vice President for Manufacturer Services, Pete Stark has full operational and P&L responsibilities for Proherant and is also responsible for developing the company’s logistics capabilities and broader manufacturer services strategies. Prior to his current position, Mr. Stark held senior positions in the financial planning and accounting areas. Mr. Stark’s experience spans over 18 years in the areas of finance and operations, the last 11 working exclusively in the healthcare field. He has held senior-level finance positions with companies focused in the specialty pharmacy services and oncology physician practice management sectors, as well as with a manufacturer of shipping materials. Mr. Stark attended the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN.
