Steven Fitzpatrick is President of Accredo Health, Incorporated and Accredo Health Group, Inc., Medco’s fast-growing specialty pharmacy organization. Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Accredo in 2001 as President of its subsidiary, Sunrise Health Management, Inc., and was named President of Accredo Therapeutics, Inc., in February 2002. With the acquisition of Accredo by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., in August 2005, Mr. Fitzpatrick assumed responsibility for both Accredo Therapeutics and Accredo Specialty Care Services (formerly Medco Specialty Solutions). In March 2006, he became Chief Operating Officer of Accredo Health Group. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Fitzpatrick held senior management positions with Abbott Laboratories, Block Medical, PharmaThera, Inc., and Nations Healthcare.
Mr. Bodmer joined Accredo Health Group, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in August 2006. Previously, Mr. Bodmer was employed by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., most recently as the Vice President of Finance, Key Accounts. Prior to Medco, Mr. Bodmer worked for Wiss and Company. Mr. Bodmer, a certified public accountant and certified management accountant, is a graduate of Villanova University and holds a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University.
Michael Hess joined Accredo as Group Vice President and Director of Legal Affairs in July 2006. Mr. Hess is a graduate of Mississippi College, holds a Masters Degree from Mississippi State University and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Mississippi, School of Law. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Hess was a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in Birmingham, Alabama. He also practiced law with Armstrong Allen Gentry Johnston & Holmes in Jackson, Mississippi.
Jon Peters has served as Senior Vice President of technology and reimbursement since joining Accredo Health, Inc. in June 2004. Since the acquisition of Accredo Health, Inc. by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Mr. Peters has assumed additional responsibilities of Clinical Business Solutions, Corporate Ventures and Facilities. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Peters was Chief Financial Officer and a partner of Paradigm Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, and Ernst & Young LLP where he was significantly involved with the Company through its initial public offering in 1999.
Mr. James joined Accredo Health in April 2006 as president of Accredo Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. James served in the capacity of senior vice president of worldwide commercial operations for Sonic Innovations for four years. Prior to Sonic Innovations, he served in management positions with Motorola, Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter healthcare Corporation and Nestle. Mr. James received his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and his masters from University of Chicago.

Craig Mears became President of Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services in August of 2007. He provides overall management, direction, and leadership for the company. Craig has been involved with the bleeding disorders community for over 16 years. During that time, he has been a strong supporter and loyal advocate for the hemophilia community.

Tom joined Accredo in May 2004 as Vice President (VP) of Western Operations for Accredo Therapeutics. He was responsible for all field offices in the Western United States. These offices provided local nursing and pharmacy services for Accredo patients. In June 2007, he relocated to Memphis and became VP of Business Development, Corporate, in charge of acquisitions. Critical Care Systems was purchased in the fall of 2007, and Tom is now the President. Prior to Accredo Health, Tom worked for Option Care as VP of the Franchise Network overseeing over 100 locations. He received his degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
Tara Wolckenhauer joined Accredo as VP of Human Resources (HR) in May 2009. Tara has served in a number of HR roles within the Medco organization since 2000, prior to joining Accredo, most recently as Senior Director, Human Resources. Tara is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA.
